Helios Site code error?

I was unable to find my old lisence, so I went to purchase a new one.

I don't know if this is the right place to post such, but your purchasing forms are not working correctly - it is warning me that my card is expired even though it does not expire for another year. In fact, it will keep telling me it is expired until I go as far out as 2010....any explanation?

I need Textpad to do the work I am doing as efficiently as I have been, and it is now to the point where it won't let me 'evealuate' it anymore....

If you've lost your license, you should be able to obtain a replacement from here:

I've checked our online ordering system, and could find no problems with credit card expiry dates. If you are still getting problems, please submit an error report and state the URL of the specific page.

Yes, I have followed all of the steps required - BUT, several things prevent me from getting my old lisence back. Like not having the old email address, for starters. I contacted someone in Helios about it, and they said they would look into it - that was over a week ago, andn ot so much as a peep.

In regards to the error I keep getting when I try to re-order a lisence code...

Its still not working. I'll get that error report up, and maybe I can get the whole thing fixed.
