did you install any service pack for windows xp? in most cases it solves this kind of problems. if you have, then install the newest version of windows installer (msi) and try again. if even that does not work, then go outside, cry as loud as you can, stamp with your feet on the ground and try ...

Hi,

perhaps I am blind, but I cannot find the option to turn off current line highlighting. I tried to set the color to white/white (fg/bg), but there is still a dotted line around the current line. I do not like it ;)

Besides: TextPad is the best editor I ever had.
