How do I add additional character sets to Textpad?
Specifically, I need to view a file encoded in Cp1047
My textpad lists ANSI, DOS, and UTF-8 for opening a text file.

Using windowsx 7 and textpad 5.4.2, I get an unexpected error doing search->find in files. The dialog doesn't come up, it jumps right to unexpected error and creates a DMP file.
