Same action as pressing the "Content" keyboard key in Windows Explorer.

Add ability to save/restore Prefs/Keyboard configuration
In the Preferences dialog, Keyboard page, add "Save.." & "Restore.." pushbuttons to allow easy & guaranteed transfer of keyboard setup between installations.
