In order to enable the syntax highlighting, you will need to implement the following procedure for each Document Class, as in the example below:

Click on:

1. Configure
2. Preferences
3. Plus sign next to Document Classes
4. Plus sign next to "HTML"
5. Syntax
6. Check the "Enable syntax ...

I'm not even sure why it's an option. If I wanted to use Textpad as the default program for .txt files, I could do it by overriding the default in Windows. It was very frustrating trying to figure this out since ...
