In Textpad 4.7.1 You always see the same part of the text.
This is the Bug.
A Enhancement would be if I could turn sync-scrolling on and off...

Enllight me: Why is it usefull to see the same part of the text two times on my screen, absolutly synchronized? IMHO It would be usefull, if I could choose two different parts of the text and then enable synchronized scrolling, so that if i scroll down the upper part of the text in the left window ...

Vertical Window Split - Bug!
You are absolutly right.
I consider this a Bug - in horizontal split you can scroll indepently.
I Think, I can remember a Version, where it worked!
