I run Windows ME with version 4.6.2 of TextPad. If I open the My Documents folder, Right Click on an html file and click on TextPad, Windows Explorer & TextPad freeze up. If I wish to open a file with TextPad I need to right click onto the file / Open With / TextPad. Only them will they not freeze ...
