I run Windows ME with version 4.6.2 of TextPad.
If I open the My Documents folder, Right Click on an html file and click on TextPad, Windows Explorer & TextPad freeze up.

If I wish to open a file with TextPad I need to right click onto the file / Open With / TextPad.
Only them will they not freeze ...

Every cat & dog will get more food.
Tuna & shrimp to be weighed out.
Dinner is at 6 pm.

Is it possible to replace lines of text eg. how can I replace the 3 lines below with the new text ??

This is line 1 of old text.
This is line 2 of old text.
This is line 3 of old text.

(Below is the new text to replace the 3 lines of text above)
This is line 1 of NEW text.
This is line 2 of NEW ...

STEP 1:

I create new web pages and put them in Folder A.
I open all the pages in this folder with TextPad.
These web pages can be .html or .htm or .shtml and the names could be random e.g.
- doc1.html
- doc2.html ...
