After installing (either directly or as administrator) then running textpad 6 or 7, as administrator, and inputting a licence that I have used for a long time, it says it has registered, but on successive running of textpad, it tells me the product is for evaluation only. How do I resolve this issue ...

Often I want to use textpad to edit Cyrillic letters, but I cannot do this as it will not allow me. It shows Cyrillics as question marks. Notepad allows me edit Cyrillics, please make textpad be able to do the same. I then can stop using notepad all together
