I just tried this on my setup with no issues.

My system is WinXP Service Pack 2.

Okay...Just did a new test. I opened up two blank documents and then saved the workspace with a name. Now I closed Textpad and reopened Textpad. When I selected the workspace I saved...it opens up - BUT ...

Oh..my apologies. Yeah...it's 5.3.1 that crashed. I need new perscription eye glasses.

Create several documents with TextPad 3.5.1 and select File/Workspaces/Save As. Name your grouped session and then close all the documents. Now choose File/Workspace/Open to select the newly created workspace file session.

It forces a crash and TextPad 3.5.1 closes after leaving message about ...
