Office XML Handler overrides TextPad as default for XML

Long time TextPad user to edit XML but relatively new to WIN 10. I have searched for 'Office XML Handler' and MSOXMLED with no luck. Office 2016 is installed. In File Explorer I set TextPad as default program for XML. After I reboot, in File Explorer, when I 2-click an XML file, it opens in Internet...

Tools Without Save ... Ditto

I have a simple stupid script that accepts a filename as a parameter and makes a copy of that file with a current timestamp. I actually have it setup in my Send To 'folder'. So, whenever I'm about to make a (potentially stupid) change in TextPad, I wander over to Explorer, (re) find my file, 'stamp'...

No one seems to have any thoughts on this. I'm wondering if some junk is left over in the Registry. I'll search around for info on that.

The only way I could figure to check that was to Configure:Preferences:Keyboard:Categories=All:List and this is all I found ... no Alt+Tab.
