Yes, please. This would be invaluable for people who use TextPad for code.

I may be missing it, but I see no way to have the line numbers visible on a per document class basis. This would be really hellpful, since I usually want line numbers for code, but not for text documents. This option is available when you print.

Are you sure that it is folders with non-standard icons? I found that I could see some folders with non-standard icons (if by that you mean the yellow folder), but not others. In particular, my 'My Webs' folder was shown, but had no + sign next to it to show the sub-folders. I solved that by ...
