If you are using Firefox you can force a refresh using <Shift> + <Reload>. I don't know if this works in IE as I am stuck at IE6 and don't use it often in any case.

I would suggest that if you need Unicode support now then it may be time to give up. The recent updates to TextPad don't suggest (to me at least) that Unicode support is a priority at the moment. There are other products (EmEditor comes to mind * as an example) that do provide good Unicode support ...

My speculation would be that this is unlikely. Running TextPad under Crossover is probably the best workaround at the moment though not ideal.

If I ever buy a HTML editor again it probably will be BBedit, running both on MAC and PC. Are you saying you will run BBEdit under Windows?
