I would like to use the configuration where TP notices when a file has been modified by another process and prompts me to refresh. I am starting to work with very large text files (500MB+) and while leading large files using Textpad is fairly quick, it would be very useful to look at only the first N lines or the last N lines (or both) of a file instead of opening the whole thing.
