i have been installing and updating compilers i use via textpad, and i want to rearrange the order the tools and the shortcut bindings(the ctrl+1,2,3 etc.) are placed in, yet i have had no luck in searchign textpad for a function, and i cannot find any registry values they may seem to control it ...
