If you believe or not, I have used msconfig to denny TextPad on StartUp, but after Restart I saw in msconfig two instances of Textpad, one previously unchecked, disabled and new one with checked box for startup. It is clear for me, there must be another program runnig at startup, which is creating ...

I tryied all steps above, no success, so I deinstalled TextPad, clear all directories, links, registers - TextPad is not launched at all - but (!) still I can see in SatrtUp menu links to TextPad after each restart ! I delete all those links and after restart it is again here ! It looks like a Virus ...
