Is there any way to configure a new Command Result window to open for each tool run? This would be helpful when I'm using one external tool to format some results gotten from external tool, etc

It says there that you need to download the Expat parser from http://expat.sourceforge.net/

and then have that in your path.

Or you can do what I did and just copy all the dlls from the expat Libs directory into the directory where you extract the XmlFormatExpat files
