Two html questions
When I use WordLeft and WordRight, is there any way to make the cursor goes *between* to consecutive tags, such as '<H1></H1>', in an HTML document? How to save an *.sql file as a color-coded HTML page (edit/copy other/As a HTML page is not selectable)? I don't see any help documentation on this ...

BUG: Match whole words checkbox
Try this: * Make sure nothing is selected. Press the left arrow once. * Open the Find Dialog (with F5 by default), erase the current word, and replace it with "bla". * Check "Match whole words". * Press [Find next]. * Close the Find Dialog (even if no instances were found). * Select multiple words ...

Don't move cursor when saving and stripping whitespace
I always strip trailing whitespace from my document when saving Configure menu --> Preference dialog --> Document Classes branch --> Default Document Class --> Strip trailing spaces from lines when saving CHECKBOX (checked) However, I find it annoying that, when the cursor is currently at the end of ...

Document selector RIGHT justify
It would be nice if the document selector justified to the RIGHT, instead of LEFT (it currently left-justifies). If it right-justified instead, then I could display full paths, but squish the selector to be skinny. Instead of displaying this (as it does now): | C:\applications\whatev | | C ...

So the title bar in Textpad does not display as you have shown in your example (C:\files\whatever\wherever\whenever\whyever\whyohwhy\te...\filename.txt) Textpad is displaying the title bar as C:\files\whatever\wherever\whenever\whyever\whyohwhy\... I hope it is clear now ! As you can see I cannot ...

One more try. The best solution for me would be a checkbox for each element in the "colors" tab: "Use alternative foreground when current-line-highlighted". If checked, a *third* color box is provided (it would always be there, just not useable unless this checkbox is checked). So I could have my ...

Okay okay, so "deal with it" is what I'm getting from you :' ) I found a definite, although minor, problem: Turn both current line background and word wrap mode on, and then type any text exactly up to the right margin (so that the very last character on a line is a non-space, non-tab character). At ...

One of the reasons we adopted the original dashed line highlighting was so that both the foreground and background colors of syntax elements could still be displayed. If neither foreground nor background colors can be displayed for the active line, surely you lose one of the main benefits of syntax ...

Another problem, although this has probably been around before: When "Add to custom colors" is pressed, it works, but is not persistent. When you restart TextPad, all custom colors are not there anymore. Note, however, the color I assign to any syntax highlighting *is* successful. I'm just talking ...
