This behavior (Alt+F s) no saving an unchanged document is annoying. What once worked...now doesn't. Seems to be a real trend with Textpad's latest version. As Alt+F s is a standard way of saving files...I do not care to go to Ctrl+s as it doesn't work across all applications. If the file is ...

v5 of Textpad really messed up winidows tiling. I frequently would highight 2 or 3 of my open files (usually have 10+ Open), and would tile them...ONLY the highlighted ones. Or...could minimze unwanted ones once tiled. Now...YOU GET ALL AND YOU WILL NOT LIKE IT. This is counter productive "feature".
