Come on. This is the same information that is already in this thread that has already been reported NOT TO WORK. In short, yes, I tried all the things you mention and the error still persists. 1) I cleaned out everything as you specified. 2) I started the install of version 5 3) I get this error ...

I concur with victorf.

I've scoured the registry and searched for every file for Helios and textpad and I still get the 1714 error message when trying to install version 5.

I went back to try and install 4.7.3 and that won't install either.

So now I'm completely dead in the water.

Help!
