You have given me the information I need i.e. ALT+S gives the drop down menu of View. Option "Clear all bookmarks" is CTRL+SHIFT F2 and it works. This is version 5.03

As an example I want to search an XML file and I put in string to search for. I select Mark All, meaning all lines meeting the string I have typed in. I do not want to mark all lines.

When using F5 (Find) you can mark strings in a file. I would like to see an UNMARK facity added to this screen.
