I too, can reproduce this, but with a slightly different set of steps (version=5.0.3).
1) Start with a new instance of TP.
2) Perform any "Find in Files" search.
3) Double Click on a result line to open the document.
4) Click into the Document window to change focus.
5) Right-click in the Search ...

This appears to be fixed in 5.0.2, and I cannot seem to get it to GPF in the Preference dialog. THANKS!

I have tried to enter a new file association for ".inc" and each time TP5.0 GPF's.
Please try this and reply post back to confirm.
