macro language reference
Is there a list I can download for reference?
I write and edit TP macos generated by the recorder which are saved, edited. This post is about a reference list which would help me to compose a macro and then copy, and paste into the TP macro library.

Is it possible to combine TP spellcheck on documents that contain French words? I searched the posts, most likely incorrectly, but after Brexit, who knows?

Apologies for the typos and omissions. It was a terrible first post. It was the end of the day for me, and I was in a rush to post questions of concern on various forums. So, please accept this rewrite. The search and replace function fails when the fields are filled up with about 20 entries. Then ...

Ways to clean the "Find" "Replace"
It took me ~15 years of using TP to ask the community on what is the recommended way to clean the Find and Replace list in ConfigState.xml when these functions fail because the limit was reached.

It looks like your dates are in crazy US format. Try: S earch | R eplace... ( <F8> ): F i nd what: \b(\d)?(\d)/(\d)?(\d)/(\d{4})\b Re p lace with: $5-(?1$1:0)$2-(?3$3:0)$4 [ X ] Regular e xpression You can put this in a macro: Replace = "\\b(\\d)?(\\d)/(\\d)?(\\d)/(\\d{4})\\b", "$5-(?1$1:0)$2-(?3$3 ...

This is impossible, because as of 2021-09-25 you still stated to use 8.8.0 , which is not one year ago and not 8.9.0. The version 8.9.0 is available since 2021-10-07 - the "News" page will also tell you all other versions with dates, so you can check yourself there has never been a "90". @AmigoJack ...

Confused about version numbers
I am happy with any version number because they all work well, and meet my needs.
But, I wonder that I downloaded version 8.90 a year ago and now, the download list is 8.12.
I am just curious, like the proverbial cat.
