What programs do i need to run TextPad with Jave?

It dose not matter what i do i still get the ERROR so i'm thinking i might go back to ver 473

II keep getting a Error when i try to open the Sellchecker (Error opneing a dictonary when i open TextPad 5.20

When i try to run Textpad 473 i get a code 2 or a error message :
The system cannot find the specified file Javac.exe
Or when i go to the config menu under compile the Javac.exe will be grayed out.
Can someone please help me

Ok..i open textpad 473 i open the file i compile java and this is the error i get

C:\College Stuff\Documents\Shirt.txt is an invalid option or argument.

I keep on getting a code 2 when i try to compile can anyone tell me what i'am doing wrong?
