I correct some errors in my first post.

This is what happened:

I made the solution creating a Java folder (C:\Java). Then copy the Samplejavadoc.java code from C:\Java Programs\AppendixE\Samplejavadoc.java and paste in the created C:\Java folder.

Then, in TextPad, I clicked a Run command from the Tools Menu. In the text boxes of the Run dialog box I put ...

My java program (Samplejavadoc.java) is in folder with path C:\Java Programs\AppendixE\ Samplejavadoc.java

The jdk1.5.0_02\bin is in C:\Java Programs.

What I need to put in the Command, Parameters, Initial folder text boxes (I cheked the DOS Command check box ...
