I was running Java fine from TextPad 4.7,( I believe J2 1.4.2_01 or close ), then had a problem with I.E.6.0. After working on that probelm, I installed Netscape ( ver 8. something). Made it my default browsre. Textpad will still compile , create .class file, but no longer created a .htm , Run ...
