Is there a way to have textpad check every difference in text between two open documents?

I have a problem with my forum and I need to determine code differences in two templates.

I have a text file of 98 offensive words that I need to add to my live chat ban file. I have to add the ' and ' mark before the first and last letter of each word (one word per line is how it is setup). How can I do a mass apply of this?
