I mean a feature to store settings in *.ini file in program home directory instead of putting them into registry, is there any tweak to do that, like i.e. some "secret" command line parameter like in skype ?

I have copy of textpad on USB key drive (not U3 I’m not asking for this) I’m doing job ...
