How does one get Support to reply to emails?

How does a paying customer get a reply to a support request email sent to support@textpad.com ?

Sadly "Wait four months" is an invalid answer, in my experience.

6.1.3 Can I get an up-to-date version of the Help file?

Anyone know where I get an up-to-date version of the Help file?

The Help in in the 6.1.3 download seems to be from an earlier version of the program e.g.

Thanks.

Try the options under View > Appearance . Thanks (Suggestion to Devs: put that under Preferences... where it belongs) but that is only partly successful e.g. gradient remains on Windows title bar contrary to Win 7 Classic theme: http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/5980/regionbg.png The same failure appe...

Even though I am not using DOS files in this case, that works - thanks.
