My keyboard settings disappear.
Those XML files are unchanged but the custom.bnd reverts back to factory settings.
I agree that a hack is not the solution but it will begin to shine a light on when/why its happening.

When I select a font for my document class I want to see the difference between the O char and the Zero(0) char.
From Configure::Preferences::Document Classes::[pickClass]::Font

My current web project is getting out of hand. I have built a workspce of the files Im using. 20 js files, 10 css, 20 HTML 5 other misc files and it keeps growing . It's the document selector's sort order that is slowing me down. Would you considered grouping by file extensions? Another sort option ...
