I think this is a bug - has anyone else seen it?

I use TextPad 4.6.2 32bit with Windows 2000 Version 5.0 (build 2195: Service Pack 3)

I generally use it all day every day at work. I often open files from explorer by right clicking on them and selecting the "Textpad" menu item. Normally this works ...
