If this is too hard (and it shouldn't be), then maybe simpler option is to (optionally) skip autosave in unnamed windows/tabs. I definitely want an autosave for unnamed buffers having just lost 15 minutes work modifying SQL scripts. Also a INI flag (so to speak) that TextPad did not shut down ...

Enhancement: Printing Line Numbers
I searched the forum and didn't find anything, I could have flubbed my keyword suggestion and this has already been posted. But if not.... I'm going to be printing a lot of source code, and though I can see the line numbers when I configure them to show, I don't see a way to print said line numbers ...

Thank you, Bob. I spoke with a friend and he recommended WinBatch and Windows own WSH. I'm trying to minimize additional programs since I need this to run on any computer in MIS with minimal configuration, so unfortunately I may explore doing it in Word. * shudder * I'll be sure to take a look at ...

TextPad autostart macros?
I'm doing some strange stuff (like none of us ever do strange stuff on a regular basis) and I'm kinda stumped. What I would like to do is start TextPad from a command prompt (essentially) that would start a macro that would do a few things, save a couple files, then exit. I've looked over the help ...

Ah! That does the trick! I never use the document selector, so I would have never seen it. I guess I'll just have to change my work habits slightly.

Additional Print Functionality
I might be working with a dozen files at a time, I would love the ability to print all files in one fell swoop. And I could also see a print dialog that would show all buffer names and allow you to select open files individually.
