After upgrading recently to v9.2, the Configure -> Preferences -> View -> Tabbed Document Selector -> Stacked Tabs option no longer seems to be available.

I really miss this feature. Did it move somewhere? Can we bring it back, please?

Since I upgraded to v7.6.4 my Clip Library of ANSI characters (I think it even comes with the default install) does not display correctly any more. Characters like the Trademark "tm" (character 153) which used to show correctly now display incorrectly as a vertical bar. They are still correctly ...

Both settings are indispensable.

I have always found the "disallow multiple instances" option indispensable, and I'm very pleased to have the "replace notepad" option.

I love TextPad but I really miss this brace highlighting/code folding feature that most other code editors seem to have: method() (-) { | loop() (-) | { | | blah | | blah | } | | // This loop is folded up and hidden temporarily | loop()... The "Save" menu button used to do a "Save" if the document was changed since last save, or a "Save As" if not. I found this to be one of the features I always missed when using Word or pretty much any other document processor. It's inherently logical and a much better solution than yet another ...

I'd also like to have the option to revert to having external tools output in the main document window.
