I am also having this problem on my Windows 7 64-bit system with TextPad 5.4.2. It does not matter if TextPad is already open or not. I find that if I use "Send to"..TextPad, there is no delay, but I'd rather one click than two! I'm not clear what is mean by the reply from Helios of 30-Mar...

Has anyone implemented a macro or other facility to allow the text currently being editied to be moved into a new note in Evernote? I'd be interested to know some details.

I would like to upgrade from V4 to V5, but have not found a way to retain my tool definitions. Is this possible?

(I have tried searching the fora, as this seems an obvious question, but have not been able to hit on the magic combination of keywords!).
