A couple irritations...
When I have the file explorer window open, is there any way to get this to point at the directory that I initially opened the first document under? It currently defaults to My Documents. Any workarounds to this would be greatly appreciated.

Language Syntax Highlighting based on header
I was wondering if there is a way to specify the Document Class outside of the TLE (three letter extension)? I would prefer it to be based on something in the header like #!/usr/bin/bash.
Or is there a way to specify the Document Class after (or during) a document loads?
