i replaced the %1 with -u and it works fine now

whenever i double-click filename.txt file to open it, i get prompted by textpad to create a file called 'and' and 'filename' (filename changes with whatever file i try to open). example: if i try to open blah.txt, textpad prompts me to create a file called 'and' and 'blah'. the error windows say 'OK ...
