I too would be interested in reading the answer/solution to this.

For me, "View in WebBrowser" has worked fine under both Win98 and WinNT, but I've never been able to get it to work under XP or Win2000.

For a (drag and) drop target, just create a Windows shortcut
for textpad.exe then drag that shortcut onto the Windows QuickLaunch toolbar (a portion of your Windows Taskbar)
