I find very useful and powerful a tool which processes an outline for xml (and also for html, dtd, xls files) files. It should be look like a dir tree, with collapsing and expanding tags.

I find very useful and powerful a tool which processes an outline for xml (and also for html, dtd, xls files) files. It should be look like a dir tree, with collapsing and expanding tags.
