When using the 'Save Configuration' command under the 'Configure' tab, where is it saved to?

Is there any method of saving the preferences of Textpad between uninstalling 'current version' , doing a Windows 'Clean install' - involving completely removing the Windows OS (and thereby, building a 'new' Window's Registry) - and reinstalling Textpad?

This facility was available in releases priot to v9.6.2; however, it's not available in this release

Will not install to 'User Defind Folder' - no option when installing
