This would really make a difference. Then one can have nice toolbars turned on. A list of only hammers is really silly and un-usable.
(Though I mostly use the keyboard to get to the tools anyway. But the eye cannot be ignored.)

I would go for the "don't bother me again untill.." message. It would be nice if the ducument selector has a mark (like a red bullit or what ever) on the files that have changed on disk since the last save (They have this in editor Kate on Linux-KDE) and then one might want to revert via some ...

Putting it in the statusbar is better since a lot of people (I hope) use the short-cut-keys to run "find next" and then (nicely) the find dialog is not shown...

I really love the history functions of the search screens. Can't live without them. It would be cool if this was also available to the dialog that is displayed everytime one uses the $Promt or the tick-box ( "Prompt for parameter") to supply extra into to a tool.
