Explorer pane does not start in Preferences Startup folder
I have set a Startup folder in Preferences, but the Explorer pane always starts pointing to the user Desktop folder rather than my custom Startup folder when I open TextPad (v8.9.0).

Is there a setting to automatically close the search dialog after the initial search? My normal operation is to open the search window, enter some search criteria and execute the search. Then I normally just press F3 (which I've bound to the Find Next operation) and move from match to match that way ...
