Want a shortcut to open a file with Textpad

The catch is the file has no extension, yet can be read with Textpad.

So what to do to get the shortcut to have Textpad open it?

Thanks

(the Target box line is "C:\Program Files\TextPad 5\TextPad.exe" @filename.txt ) And is the Target box ...

Is this what you are looking for? Or do you want F11 to go to the next document in the document selector ...
