What I mean by pinning files is, with Textpad open, if you right click on the Textpad title (or icon) that is in the taskbar, it brings up a menu of previously open text files (or whatever you opened.) Deleting the file worked, and now the toolbars are staying where I put them. Now if only I could fix the problem of not being able to "Pin" files to the right click menu on the taskbar.

That files does update with current date on it. toolbars just WON'T stay in place.
