I'll look there too, but I thought Textpad users would be more likely to know about a Textpad app. Android would be more general text apps. Text Warrior, for example is a great Open Source one - but doesn't follow hyperlinks.
Perhaps with a couple of years study I could add the facility to it ...

I have years worth of text reference files hyperlinked to one another, and written in Textpad.
