Multiple Instances

I am running 7.5 now (hoped it would fix problem, does not). I actually want multiple instances and cannot get it to work consistently. It will work once, meaning I have an instance for each file I open, then it stops and I get everyone opened in one instance. I am on 64 bit, have "allow multiple ...
