I just reread Codebase's post.
Instead of four buttons, a checkbox ("Remember this answer for this file") supplementing the existing two buttons would work fine to.

At present, "when files are modified by another process", you can choose: Prompt Auto-Reload Ignore I use "Prompt" because sometimes I want to reload and sometimes not. But: when, for a given file, I get such a prompt, I usually want that behaviour ...
