The multi-file search and replace would be a very handy enhancement!
In HDL for example (verilog VHDL...), changing a net name or a module name on a multi-file design, would be eeeeeasy! now, I have to do it file-by-file which is pretty clunky....

remember file menu display style (i.e. Icons, List, Details)
I like the "Details" file view, so I can see all attributes; mainly for looking at the last time the file was updated.
As far as I know there is no way to tell TextPad to remember the view style for the next time a file needs to be open.
