I have exactly the same problem as fel0niousmonk : If I right-click a file (no matter the type), and select 'TextPad', AND textpad is not already open, the file WILL NOT open. If TextPad is already open, then the file will open. In other words, I have to keep Textpad running or use the context menu ...
