In Preferences I can to every document class attach some properties (Color, Font, Syntax...). My suggestion is to every document class attach also appropriate clip library (or no clip library, of course). Desired bahavoir of TextPad would be next: when I open HLML file for editing, in clip library ...

To Document class attach (as Colors, Font etc.) also appopriate Clip Library
