"Dock Lock" feature

I never change the layout of my TextPad window other than occasionally sliding the separators back and forth (but keeping the same 3 panes - document view, clip library, and document selector - in the same arrangement).
I regularly grab the window to move it and find that I have slipped and undocked either the toolbar or one of the panes I use. If it isn't too difficult to implement, providing a way to "lock" the panes so they cannot be undocked accidentally would be great.
