Please consider to add this so that I can easily see all the found words highlighted in the file while I page up and down.
This feature is found in Microsoft Word.

That would be a good feature. Most of the major web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) do this too.
As a rather weak substitute, you can click Mark All in the Find dialog to set a bookmark on each line that contains the search string. You can then use the Next Bookmark and Previous Bookmark commands in the Search menu to move between them.

See my suggestion here, it means you don't need to page up and down to see the results of a 'find all instances'....
